| The latest news that most people uneducated in glass work may not know about yet, is all the different textured clears that are available in the stained glass industry. Of course colors, or "stained" glass will thankfully always be popular; but the different clear textures that are made now are very versatile with existing color codes, that most home owners already have when upgrading their homes. You can alleviate the worry of what colors to pick out, or darkening the room with some colors in the window. With the textured clear windows or doors, etc... you can still have a nice design in different textures, and allow full sunlight into the room. You can also add just a little color, to jazz up the look of a piece, or add bevels for a touch of elegance. There are several samples of this in my partial portfolio herein. |
